Technical Details:

• Clip In Tiles False Plain Perforated made of 0.5mm thick G.I. Steev 0.7mm thick Aluminum Sheet. Coil Coated/Powder Coated with approved shade, with 20/50 micron respectively on the hard side The size of 0.5mm thick bevelled edge tile shall be 600mm x 600mm (with or without perforation of 2.5mm dia). The Tiles are fixed to primary suspension system made from 0.5mm thick galvanised steel runner placed at 600mm c/c. These primary suspensions fixed to hold-on-clamp with suspension clip placed at 1260mm c/c. The hold-on-clamp with suspension clip is fixed to RCC ceiling by means of rod hanger made from 4mm Dia. M.S. galvanised steel rod fixed with rawl plug & screws or dash fasteners. At the edge or periphery of walls tiles rest on L profile of 25mm x 25mm made up of 0.5mm thick Steel with punched out tongues including making openings for lights. A.C. diffusers and A.C. chutes etc. as per the manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

• The paint coating Options: Tile type false ceiling comes to you in a host of color shades. It is available in Epoxy Powder Coating & Coil Coating with excellent surface finish.
• Perforation Option: Clip-in Tiles false ceiling are available without or with perforation. 2.5mm dia. holes at 5mm c/c in a regular pattern
